By Signing My Child Up For the Overland Musical Theatre Program(s), I Am Agreeing To The Following Statements:

• I understand that the program costs $555.00 and once payment has been made for this program and rehearsals have started, it is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  

• I understand that participation in this program is contingent on STUDENT BEHAVIOR. Students who join the after-school theater program are expected to exhibit good behavior in the program. If your student is asked to leave the program due to poor behavior, no refund will be given.

• I understand that if my child needs to be removed from the program due to disciplinary issues, there will be no refund given. 

• I understand that it is my child’s responsibility to bring their script and a pencil for blocking, acting, music, and choreography notes to all rehearsals.

• l will NOT pick up my child early from rehearsals unless cleared, in advance, by the staff. Additionally, outside of last minute emergencies/illnesses, all absences must also be cleared with the staff in advance so that they may adjust the rehearsal schedule accordingly. Unplanned absences disrupt the daily rehearsal schedule for all students and staff.

• I understand that if my child is absent and/or leaves rehearsal early, for any reason, they must find and work on all missed material from that day.  All rehearsal material, including tracks to music, blocking notes, and choreography will be posted on the website after each rehearsal.  

• I understand that I must pick up my child on time (Monday by 5:05pm and Tuesday by 3:35pm during regular rehearsal hours and Monday by 6:05pm and Tuesdays at 4:35pm during extended rehearsal days).  If I am late to pick up my child, there will be a childcare fee of $10 for every 15 minutes I am late beyond the designated pick-up time.
